Even a brilliant career can hide the darkest of stories. Lolo Jones, winner of USA and World the hurdle championships, achieved the status he has achieved after years of hard work and incredible perseverance. She was the only child of a single mom in a family of five kids, Jones had a difficult and a squatter's childhood. Her mother was constantly moving around as well as having lived in the basement of a church for some period of time. In 2002, she won the winning athlete in the 100-meter hurdles during the NCAA Track & Field Championship. Also, she participated on the team that finished second in the 100-meter relay. Jones won both the indoor hurdles and the outdoor hurdles events at the NCAA Championship in 2003. Jones began her track career in 2005 after she completed her studies at the university. In the same year, she was the winner of the Torino Memorial Event, while in 2026 she took home the Ostrava Track race as well as Heusden.

Brandt moved to Auckland, New Zealand from Cape Town South Africa in late in her adolescence. Brandt's talent was discovered in Auckland through local casting director Brandt. She was cast in the part of Naevia for the Starz show Spartacus Blood and Sand and Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Due to her partnership alongside Steven S. D Knight and Sam Raimi's producers, she was an international movie star. Mazikeen is a Vertigo/DC Comics role model who appeared on the hit Netflix series Lucifer. The show ran for six years. Lucifer was a smash hit and broke record for binge watching and was named as the best shows that were binge watched in 2021 by Forbes. Brandt will next be seen in a 6 episode Walking Dead limited spin-off starring Andrew Lincoln and Danai Giurira that will premiere in 2024. Brandt is also set to star alongside Jason Ritter Anthony Carrigan and Chris Meloni in the adult animated show Captain Fall which airs July 2023 on Netflix. Lesley-Ann Brandt was born on the 2nd of December, 1981 in Cape Town South Africa. She is an New Zealand actress with a lot of talent. Lesley Brandt and her family moved to Auckland, New Zealand in the year 1999. In Auckland Brandt began her career as a Retailer, then got promoted to IT Management Consultant. Lesley started her career as a commercial ad-writer after a couple of modeling jobs. She completed her majors in acting and further trained in Meisner methods of studying. Her first major acting job was in the TV drama Diplomatic Immunity in New Zealand. Lesley Brandt is a supporting character on New Zealand television drama Shortland Street. Her next appearance was in This Is Not My Life. It's based on the true account of Waimoana. Lesley Brandt was cast as Naevia her young hostage. She was is later featured in the Spartacus: Gods of the Arena miniseries in the Television show Spartacus: Blood and Sand.
